PA Secretary

We are an established Accountancy firm with offices in Bromsgrove, Kings Heath and Solihull. We are looking for another PA/Secretary to work as part of a team of two PA/Secretaries to the Directors at our Shirley, Solihull office.

Duties will include but not limited to :-

Diary management
Arranging meetings
Taking telephone calls and messages
Monitoring emails
Liaising with clients, internal staff and business contacts
Typing of correspondence, agendas, minutes and other documentation
Minute taking
Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems,
Authorisation of administration staff timesheets
Assisting with the renewals of company insurances; mobile phone contracts; data protection registrations; Annual returns and Practice certificates.
Other ad hoc administrative and PA duties

The role requires an experienced and confidential PA/Secretary, with a degree of flexibility and the ability to use his/her own initiative, prioritise workload and work to deadlines. Good communication skills are essential.

Must be able to use Word, Excel, Outlook, have RSA or Pitman typing qualifications (minimum 60wpm) and be able to use shorthand.

This is a full-time, permanent position. Hours 37hrs per week (Mon –Thurs 9am – 5.30pm and Fri 9am – 5pm). Holidays 23 days + statutory bank holidays.
