Jerroms 6 a side Charity Tournament
Wednesday, 25 August 2010 14:01
On Tuesday 20th July 2010, contacts and staff of Jerroms rallied round to take part in the Jerroms’ Charity 6-a-side Football Tournament at The Old Sils in Solihull with the shared objective of raising funds for Help for Heroes, our nominated charity for 2010, and having a bit of fun at the same time.

Thanks go to the staff at Jerroms who were involved in the organisation of the tournament, in particular Steve McLoughlin and Jason Billingsley; to Ian Lewis, Neill Currie and Mark Eden for their refereeing services ; to Catherine Lewis and Jodie Butler for selling the raffle tickets; and to AIB, Graysons, Montpelier, Rio, Oxygen8, Fortress, IHN, and Poppletons for their support in entering teams.

Congratulations go to Graysons who did extremely well on the night, with their two teams securing 1st and 2nd place, and Fortress who came 3rd.
The evening went extremely well and the total sum of £430 was raised for Help For Heroes.
Following the success of the tournament, we hope to make this an annual event in the future, so watch this space.
