Susan joined Jerroms in July 2008. As a qualified secretary with shorthand and typing qualifications she was ideally placed as secretary to Richard Horton and six managers in the Audit and Accounts department. Prior to joining Jerroms and to further her career, she undertook training in book-keeping, which included the preparation of VAT returns, wages, credit control and accounts preparation. In April 2010 she accepted the position of Credit Control Manager and PA to Richard Horton and is responsible for ensuring that fees are paid and maintained within the credit facility afforded to each client. Outside of work Susan enjoys spending quality time with her four grown-up children and four grandchildren. Her other interests include walking, swimming, zumba and going to the theatre. |
