Catherine joined Jerroms in April 2006 as a trainee accountant, having previously worked in the banking sector. In 2010 she qualified with the ACCA and is now an assistant manager in the Audit and Accounts department. She specialises in the audit of owner managed businesses and looks after a portfolio of clients, ranging from sole practitioners and partnerships to limited companies, from a number of different industries. She is also involved in forecasting, preparation of tax computations and tax planning, as well as providing general advice for businesses wishing to make changes or improvements to their internal systems. More recently, with the changes in legislation enabling more schools to become Academies, Catherine has also become knowledgeable of the financial implications affecting those converting to Academy status. Outside of work Catherine enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as travelling and holidays. |
