Liz joined Jerroms in 2005 and deals with all aspects of Company Secretarial work to ensure that our limited company clients meet all the legal requirements of Companies House. She ensures our clients file their accounts and yearly Annual Return forms within the stipulated time constraints imposed by Companies House. Liz also deals with ancillary work associated with limited companies, such as appointment of directors, share transfers, resolutions, in fact anything relating to the statutory documentation of the company. Outside work Liz is mother of two grown up lads and enjoys reading, music, socialising and retail therapy! |
